SwitchUp Ltd. (the “Company”) respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors (the “Users”).
The information below is intended to help Users understand the Company’s privacy protection policy. However, as is known, storing and transmitting information electronically, including via the Internet, can never be completely secure. Therefore, whenever a User provides information to the Company, particularly via the Internet, the User does so with full consent and awareness of the risks involved.

The Company shall not be liable and shall be exempt from any responsibility for any damage, loss, or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, incurred by the User or any third party in connection with the transmission of information to the Company, the collection, storage (including cloud storage), processing, or transfer of information to third parties, or in connection with the use of External Applications.
